How to do cancel my order at Techistics

Call Customer Support: If you wish to cancel an order on Techistics.pk, please call our customer support helpline at 036-1275238. Inform them about the cancellation request.

Refusing Delivery: If your order has already been dispatched, you can refuse to accept the delivery when our rider arrives. Return the item to the rider, and our team will process the cancellation. Your advance payment will be refunded.

Refund Timeline: We aim to process returns within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned item at our Returns Center. The refund time may vary based on the chosen refund method.

Processing Fee: Please note that if you cancel a paid order, the processing fee will not be refunded.

Techistics.pk’s Return and Replacement Policy

Our return and replacement policy ensures a hassle-free experience for our customers. Here are the details:

Eligible Cases for Return or Exchange:

  • If the product you receive is different from what was mentioned on our website.
  • If you receive a defective or damaged product.

Returning a Product You Don’t Like:

  • Unfortunately, we only accept returns for faulty products. If you simply don’t like the product, we recommend exploring other options.

Refund/Replacement Timeline:

  • After initiating a return, it can take 5 to 7 working daysfor us to process the refund or replacement.

Product Pickup for Returns:

  • We do not directly pick up products from your location. Instead, we will share a CN (Consignment Note)with you via email. You’ll need to visit your nearest courier office to return the product. For more details, refer to our Return Process.

Reasons for Declined Return Requests:

Your return request may be declined due to the following reasons:

  • No Unboxing Video: We require an unboxing video as evidence.
  • Late Reporting: Issues must be reported within 3 daysof receiving the product.
  • Invalid Return Reason: Ensure that the issue is valid for return.

Refund Form:

  • To initiate a refund, please visit our Refund Orders page. Click on the “Request Refund” button, and you’ll find a form where you can provide the necessary details.

Receive OTP (One-Time Password)

After entering your information, you will receive an OTP via SMS or email. Enter this OTP to verify your identity.

Email Requirement

Providing an email address is mandatory during registration. This ensures that you receive order details and updates via email.

Techistics.pk allows both online payment and payment on delivery. You can choose the option that suits you best.

How do I apply a coupon on my order?

You can apply a coupon on the cart page before order placement. Simply enter the coupon code and click on the apply tab.

Self-Pickup Service at Techistics.pk:

Pickup Locations:

  • You can pick up your order from our experience centers and warehouses located in Karachi.

Availability in Other Cities:

  • The Self-Pickup option is currently available only in cities where we have authorized warehouses.
  • We are actively working to extend this service to other major cities soon.

Availing Self-Pickup:

  • When placing an order online on our website, select the Self-Pickup option during checkout.

Order Ready for Pickup:

  • Once your order is ready to be dispatched by our team, you will receive an SMS notification.
  • The SMS will include the address of our warehouse and the designated time for pick-up.
  • If you do not receive the notification within 5 working days, please contact our customer care service.

Picking Up Your Order:

  • Visit our warehouse at the specified address.
  • Share your order number and the pickup notification received through SMS.
  • Bring your CNIC for verification.
  • Collect your parcel.

Pickup Duration:

  • The pickup location will hold the order for 48 hours after confirmation.
  • If the order is not collected within that time, the location will cancel and mark the order as a return.
